Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At Udhyamita Women Initiative Network (UWIN), we value the time, commitment, and contributions of our members and participants. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are managed for memberships, events, and other activities organized by UWIN.

1. Membership Fees

All UWIN membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the membership is used partially or not at all.

Once processed, membership cancellations will not result in any refund of fees paid.

Renewal fees follow the same non-refundable policy.
2. Event Registrations & Tickets

Tickets or registrations purchased for UWIN events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case of rescheduling or cancellation of an event by UWIN, participants will be notified promptly. Options may include:

Automatic transfer of the ticket to the rescheduled event.

Credit towards another UWIN event of equal or lower value (subject to availability).

3. Products, Services & Merchandise

Any products, services, or merchandise purchased through UWIN (if applicable) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
4. Donations & Fundraising Contributions

All donations made to UWIN or its supported charities are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical errors during transactions.

Any such requests must be submitted in writing to the UWIN support team within 7 working days of the transaction.
