Welcome to the Udhyamita Women Initiative Network (UWIN) website. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, registering as a member, or participating in our events and activities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the UWIN website or becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Membership

  • Membership is open to women who share UWIN’s vision of empowerment, networking, and growth.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • UWIN reserves the right to approve, refuse, or terminate membership at its discretion if any member engages in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with UWIN’s values.

  • Members are responsible for keeping their contact and personal details up to date with UWIN.

3. Events & Activities

  • Participation in UWIN events, programs, and activities is subject to prior registration and payment (where applicable).

  • Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where UWIN cancels or reschedules an event.

  • UWIN reserves the right to change event details, speakers, venues, or schedules at any time without prior notice.

  • Attendees are expected to maintain respectful conduct. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and/or termination of membership.

4. Code of Conduct

By engaging with UWIN, members and participants agree to:

  • Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.

  • Support and uplift fellow women in line with UWIN’s mission.

  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or exploitation of any kind.

  • Use UWIN’s name, brand, and resources responsibly and only for approved purposes.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments (membership fees, event tickets, donations, or other services) must be made through UWIN’s official channels.

  • Payments once made are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or proven technical errors.

  • UWIN does not store credit/debit card details and uses secure third-party payment gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the UWIN website, including logos, text, images, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of UWIN unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of UWIN content is prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • UWIN is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information shared with us will be used only for legitimate purposes related to membership, events, and communications.

8. Liability

  • UWIN strives to provide safe, inclusive, and meaningful experiences. However, participation in UWIN activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
